Senior Project Manager – Design!
📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid | Interior Design

What You’ll Do:
– Oversee all phases of interior design projects: planning, design development, construction documentation, and administration.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
– Lead project teams, manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
– Review construction documents, RFIs, shop drawings, and site progress.
– Ensure compliance with codes (OBC, ADA, Barrier-Free) and quality assurance protocols.

What We’re Looking For:
– 5+ years of experience in interior design project management.
– Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD & SketchUp is a plus).
– Strong understanding of OBC.
– Experience in hospitality design.
– Interior Design Diploma or equivalent; credentials like NCIDQ, ARIDO, MAATO, BCIN, or LEED are assets.

The salary range is between $100k-$125k, 4 weeks vacation + studio holiday closure.

This role is hybrid and requires 3 days in office!
