Senior Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Hybrid | Toronto, ON)
📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario – Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 12 Months (Extension possible based on business needs & performance)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week | 7.5 hours/day
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives within a traditional project delivery environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in coordinating multiple teams, managing enterprise-scale rollouts, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
✅ Must-Have Skills
10+ years of experience delivering large, complex projects as a Project Manager
Experience with retail/branch-based initiatives or large multi-user implementations across multiple locations
Ability to build project plans and independently manage delivery
Experience working in traditional (non-Agile) project environments
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience working with TD or other large financial institutions
Experience with hardware refreshes, infrastructure rollouts, or large-scale deployments
PMP certification
