Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud implementations. This is a hybrid role requiring three on‑site days per month in Ottawa. The contract runs until December 31, 2027 (37.5 hours work per week). Candidates must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability Clearance, which requires having resided in Canada for a minimum of five years.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of recent experience managing large, complex projects (40+ resources, multi‑year).
5+ years of experience delivering strategic IT initiatives using Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) methodologies.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into clear project objectives and solution approaches.
Proven ability to produce clear, concise documentation for both senior leadership and technical audiences.
Demonstrated strength in facilitation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
PMP and Scrum Master certifications.
French language skills are considered an asset.
