🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex I&IT initiatives for Ontario Health. The role focuses on managing enterprise projects, including cloud migration (on-prem to AWS) for critical healthcare integration platforms such as ONE Access Gateway (OAG) and THOR (ELK stack).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget while following Ontario Health’s governance and standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full Project Management & SDLC lifecycle
Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues
Oversee cloud migration projects (AWS preferred)
Engage stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to manage expectations
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and architectural standards
Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and status updates
Manage change requests, deployments, and go-live readiness
Mentor junior project management resources
🔹 Must-Have Qualifications
10–15+ years of Project Management experience
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Proven delivery of I&IT and cloud migration projects
Experience managing budgets and project financials
Proficiency with Microsoft Project / Project Server
PMP certification (or actively pursuing) preferred
University degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field

Public sector or healthcare experience
AWS cloud project experience
IT Infrastructure & ITIL knowledge
