💼 End-to-end delivery of $2M+ healthcare IT software & infrastructure projects
💼 Budgeting, procurement, risk & executive reporting
💼 Large-scale organizational change management
💼 Cross-functional matrixed teams (5+ FTEs)
💼 Stakeholder engagement from frontline staff to Executive Steering Committees

Mandatory (Non-Negotiable)
✅ Post-secondary degree in Business Administration OR MBA
✅ Active PMP & PgMP certifications
✅ 5+ years managing IT projects within the healthcare sector

Desired Experience
🌟 Large healthcare & data-analytics IT delivery
🌟 Advanced MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
🌟 Change management in regulated healthcare environments
🌟 Knowledge of clinical systems & IT architecture standards
