🚀 Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives that directly improve patient care across the province.
This is a high-visibility leadership role managing multi-million-dollar healthcare IT projects with distributed teams, matrixed resources, and full lifecycle governance.

📋 Role Details:
📍 Location: Fully remote within Canada (occasional travel to Saskatchewan)
📅 Contract Term: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 + two optional 12-month extensions (up to 3 years total)

💼 What You’ll Lead:
End-to-end delivery of $2M+ healthcare IT software & infrastructure projects
Procurement, budget tracking, risk/issue management, and executive reporting
Organizational change management impacting hundreds of clinical & administrative staff
Cross-functional teams (5+ FTEs) in a matrixed environment
Stakeholder communication from frontline staff to Executive Steering Committee

✅ Mandatory Qualifications (non-negotiable):
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration OR Master’s in Business Administration
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Active Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
Minimum 5 years managing IT projects within the healthcare sector

🌟 Highly Valued Experience:
Proven success delivering large healthcare/data-analytics IT projects with distributed teams
Advanced mastery of MS Project, Excel reporting, Visio, PowerPoint
Strong change management experience in large healthcare organizations
Familiarity with clinical systems, IT architecture standards, and regulated environments
