About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support a large-scale legacy data migration initiative within a regulated, enterprise environment. This role is hands-on and focused on data conversion, validation, and reconciliation for financial/loan systems as part of a COTS implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Migrate data from multiple legacy systems into a modern COTS platform
Perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation
Ensure data integrity through validation and conversion testing
Identify and manage data conversion risks and issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and external vendors
Support production deployment and cutover activities
Required Experience

5+ years experience as a Programmer Analyst / Systems Analyst
5+ years experience with data migration / data conversion
Strong SQL experience (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL)
Experience with financial, lending, or loan systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Technical Skills

SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL, T-SQL)
Microsoft Access & Excel
Visual Studio
Visual Basic / VB Scripting
Nice to Have

Public sector or highly regulated environment experience
Legacy system modernization projects
Data archiving and conversion testing experience
