⏰ Work Schedule: 7.25 hours/day, 5 days/week

Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or a related field
✅ 10+ years of Program Management experience in Public Sector or Healthcare/Digital Health environments
✅ Strong experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs, governance, risks, and cross-functional teams
✅ Expertise in executive reporting, KPIs, dashboards, budgeting, capacity planning, and forecasting
✅ Experience with process optimization and organizational change management
✅ Strong stakeholder engagement and committee facilitation skills
✅ Knowledge of Digital Health Standards, Data Lifecycle Management, HL7 FHIR®, SNOMED CT®, LOINC®, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and healthcare interoperability
