TTP is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Infrastructure/OPS at Ontario Public Service. Here are the key details:
– **Rate**: $130/hr
– **Location**: 3 days hybrid in Toronto
– **Contract Length**: 10 months with the possibility of renewal
**Experience Requirement**:
– Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex I&IT programs in the Public sector or Broader Public Sector (BPS)
**Must-Have Skills**:
– Superior knowledge of evaluation concepts, including design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
– Experience in organizational development, strategy development, business, and program planning
– Knowledge of Information Management principles, policies, and practices
– Familiarity with Public Sector Unified I&IT Project Methodology, Enterprise Architecture, and Standard Systems Development Methodologies
– Understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations
– Proficiency in producing program level documentation adhering to industry standards
– Familiarity with Program and Project Management Institute (PMI) and Public Sector I&IT project management methodologies
– Experience in Public Sector Health related projects
– Understanding of Ministry policy and IT project approval processes
