We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (RQ00547) for a 12-month contract with the City of Toronto, with a strong possibility of extension.
📍 Location: 55 John Street, Toronto
🗓 Duration: April 6, 2026 – April 5, 2027
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote – Monday & Wednesday anchor days + 1 flex day)
🎯 Focus: Delivery of Application Development Projects
🔑 Must-Have Qualifications:
✔️ 10+ years of Program Leadership and/or Senior Project Management experience in complex IT environments
✔️ 5+ years leading application development projects from initiation to close
✔️ PMP Certification (mandatory)
✔️ Strong experience managing large-scale, high-risk, enterprise transformational IT initiatives
⭐ Nice to Have:
➕ Experience working in Agile environments
➕ Public Sector experience (City of Toronto experience preferred)
