Senior Product Manager

RBC Borealis is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of AI products in Personal and Commercial Banking. Working at the frontier of applied AI, you will be driving intelligent agentic systems to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee and client experiences. You will collaborate with leading AI engineers, business and technology partners to solve complex, large scale, and high-value problems in a regulated environment. This role offers the chance to drive responsible AI adoption, influence enterprise strategy, and create tangible impact through innovative, AI-driven products.

 

At RBC Borealis, you’ll be joining a team that works directly with leading researchers in machine learning, has access to rich and massive datasets, and offers the computational resources to support ongoing development in areas such as reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning and computer vision. Your responsibilities include:

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, engineering, operations, platform, and risk teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and deliver reusable and scalable AI agent solutions from ideation to deployment and iteration
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain product roadmaps for multiple workstreams, aligning with business priorities and outcomes
Product Requirements: Translate complex operational challenges into detailed product requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Product Execution and Delivery: Lead end-to-end product execution from discovery through launch, managing feature prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch optimization
Product Marketing and Content Development: Develop high quality product content, including product vision, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that supports AI understanding and adoption
Impact measurement and optimization: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and gather user feedback to continuously improve product excellence
Efficient and Effective Communication: Communicate problem statements, requirements, progress and outcomes clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision making
You’re our ideal candidate if you have:

5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML-based products from ideation through production and continuous iteration
Ability to quickly navigate, identify, and translate challenges from multiple business domains and operational workflows into clear and detailed product requirements
Familiar with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, or GenAI products. Data-driven mindset, familiar with system evaluation, monitoring and optimization
Experience working in highly regulated environments, with a focus on responsible AI, governance, and compliance
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
