We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead product strategy, foster strong relationships, and ensure successful delivery across the product lifecycle — from discovery to go-live. What You’ll Do
Relationship Management
Lead communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to keep products aligned with strategic goals.
Build and nurture high-performing teams through strong consensus-building and relationship management skills.
Guide teams through change, leveraging opportunities and overcoming resistance throughout the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases (or similar delivery models).
Product Strategy & Delivery
Identify risks and issues early, develop effective mitigation plans, and escalate strategically to senior leadership.
Own and evolve the product roadmap — driving vision, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams (product owners, UX designers, developers) to bring products to life.
Lead product planning and reporting — track performance, share insights, and report progress to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Participate in key decision-making forums and stakeholder engagements.
Technical & Tool Proficiency
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Comfortable using collaboration and documentation tools like Miro, Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Skilled in backlog management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Pivotal Tracker.
What You Bring
Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Expertise in Agile methodologies — SCRUM Master experience is a plus!
Strong risk management, strategic planning, and scheduling/reporting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A problem-solver mindset with outstanding analytical and decision-making abilities.
