Location – Montreal, QC or Mississauga, ON or Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite in a week)

Job Description:

For this Senior Product Designer role, we are placing increased emphasis on UI design quality, visual refinement, and attention to detail. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to produce polished, consistent designs and maintain a high level of visual quality throughout an end-to-end experience.

In addition to strong UX thinking, candidates will be evaluated on their ability to ensure consistency in spacing, padding, colour, typography, components, alignment, and overall visual hierarchy. These details are particularly important at the senior level and will be a significant factor in the candidate evaluation process.

Exceptional Candidates Will Have…

A proven portfolio of highly polished, end-to-end transactional designs that simplify complex product purchase, checkout, or account management streams into intuitive, platform-compliant experiences.
Thrives in rapid, iterative environments by maintaining a highly collaborative, constructive, and strategic approach to design feedback and cross-functional alignment.
Hands-on experience contributing to or maintaining a design system, beyond just consuming it
Familiarity with design tokens and how they are structured and applied across products
Exposure to A/B testing, analytics, or user research to inform and validate design decisions
Experience working within multi-brand or multi-platform product environments
Motion design skills and an understanding of how animation and transitions enhance user experiences
Familiarity with enterprise-scale product ecosystems
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer or otherwise
