We’re Hiring: Senior Product Data Specialist – Clinical Data & Integration
📍 Ontario Health | 🏥 Provincial EHR | 🔗 HL7 v2 & FHIR Expert

Are you passionate about improving healthcare through smart data integration? Ontario Health is looking for an experienced Senior Product Data Specialist to lead conformance, compliance, and readiness testing of clinical data flowing into the Provincial Electronic Health Record (EHR).

This is not a technical coding role—we’re seeking a clinical data standards expert with deep knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, and real-world experience navigating data contribution projects with health system stakeholders.

🧩 What You’ll Do:
Act as a subject matter expert guiding HL7 v2 and FHIR data integration
Support multiple clinical data implementation projects
Collaborate with health service providers and external partners
Create conformance testing tools, templates, and validation frameworks
Ensure data quality and alignment with provincial standards

🎯 What You Bring:
5–7 years of hands-on experience in health information/data management
Proven success with HL7 v2, v3, and FHIR standards
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and data governance (PHIPA, FIPPA)
Ability to manage cross-functional projects with autonomy and precision
