We’re Hiring: Senior People Analytics & Planning Analyst
📍 Ottawa | 💼 Full-Time | 🧠 Data-Driven HR

We’re looking for a Senior People Analytics & Planning Analyst to turn workforce data into insights that drive hiring, compensation, and strategic decisions across the company.

What You’ll Do:
– Analyze workforce trends (headcount, attrition, hiring)
– Support workforce forecasting and hiring plans
– Dive into comp and payroll data for equity and benchmarking
– Build dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and models
– Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance & the business
– Deliver insights to influence leadership decisions

What You Bring:
– 3–5+ yrs in people analytics, FP&A, or HR data (SaaS a plus)
– Advanced Excel and strong data visualization skills
– Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP, BambooHR)
-Clear communicator who makes data actionable
💡 Bonus: experience with comp cycles or scenario modeling.
