senior Microsoft Customer Engagement & Power Platform Solution Architects

Job Description

  • Contractor
  • Anywhere

We’re building something special — and we want to hear from the right people.

We’re looking to connect with senior Microsoft Customer Engagement & Power Platform Solution Architects who are ready for a role with real scope, influence, and impact — not just another project.

This is a seasoned practitioner opportunity for someone who:

– Brings 10–15+ years designing and delivering enterprise-grade CRM and Power Platform solutions

– Has deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform expertise, backed by strong certifications

– Has spent 8–10+ years in consulting or a systems integrator, leading complex client engagements

– Is comfortable shaping scope, supporting business development, and establishing client confidence in the Microsoft platform

– Thinks like an architect and a leader — managing delivery, mentoring talent, and raising the bar for solution quality

– Has hands-on experience with omnichannel customer service, integration, and process automation

– Brings perspective from complex customer environments such as financial services, telecommunications, utilities, public sector, or similar

– Has exposure to AI-enabled business applications — whether through Copilot, automation, or intelligence embedded in workflows

Equally important, we’re looking for energy and point of view. Architects who enjoy evangelizing the platform, contributing thought leadership, and helping define how modern, AI-enabled customer solutions should be delivered at scale.

Why now?

– We’re growing EY’s Microsoft Business Applications practice in Canada

– We’re investing heavily in AI-enabled customer engagement and automation

– And in 2025, EY was recognized by Microsoft as Canada Partner of the Year — a reflection of both momentum and ambition

If you’re at a stage where you want to help shape a practice, influence strategy, and work on complex, high-impact client problems — we’d love to connect.
