🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager, PnL Reporting & Analytics – 15-Month Contract 🚀
Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Senior Manager, PnL Reporting & Analytics to join their Corporate Treasury department. This role is part of the Portfolio Management, Execution, and Strategy unit, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with traders, performance managers, and senior leadership in a fast-paced trading environment.
📍 Location: Downtown Toronto (3 days in-office)
📅 Duration: 15-month contract (with potential for extension or full-time conversion)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly Net Interest Income & Total Return reports
📈 Reconcile results and analyze PnL discrepancies
🤝 Collaborate with traders, performance managers, and product control teams
📢 Present findings to the head of the trading group and senior leadership
📊 Support decision-making with ad-hoc projects & analytics
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics degree (CPA/CFA preferred)
💼 2-7 years of experience in PnL reporting, product control, or performance management in banking
💻 Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills
🚀 Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Enterprise Hedge Accounting is a plus!
