🚨 Senior Manager / Lead Business Systems Analyst – Equities Technology & Data 🚨
We’re looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst with deep Capital Markets and Equities Trading experience to join a high-impact technology team supporting institutional trading operations.
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ 10+ years of Capital Markets technology and data analysis experience
✔️ Strong hands-on Python (JSON parsing, data integration, APIs)
✔️ Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Apache NiFi, ETL pipelines
✔️ Advanced SQL and Excel skills
✔️ Knowledge of FIX Protocol, REST APIs, and Postman
✔️ Experience with platforms such as Fidessa, Broadridge, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv
✔️ Strong understanding of the equity trade lifecycle (order management through settlement)
✔️ Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
➕ Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects
➕ Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
➕ CFA, CSC, or related capital markets certifications
📍 Hybrid role (Greater Toronto Area)
