💰 Up to ~$175K CAD Total Comp
We’re looking for a highly technical, business-facing Capital Markets BSA/Data Analyst to support institutional equity trading technology and real-time market data initiatives.
This is NOT a traditional BSA role — we need someone hands-on with data pipelines, APIs, Python, and trading systems who can also communicate confidently with senior business stakeholders.
Must-Haves
✔ 10+ years in Capital Markets / Equities Technology
✔ Python + SQL + ETL/Data Analysis
✔ Kafka, Elasticsearch, Apache NiFi
✔ FIX Protocol + Postman/API experience
✔ Equities trade lifecycle knowledge
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management
Nice to Have
➕ Fidessa, Broadridge, Bloomberg, Refinitiv
➕ Tableau / Power BI
➕ Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow
