Hiring: Senior Java Engineer – Production Management | Mississauga (Hybrid)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid – Local candidates only)
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Production Management to drive a large-scale engineering transformation within a complex, enterprise environment.

Role Highlights:
Lead production management transformation initiatives
Drive continuous delivery, automation & operational excellence
Improve incident, problem management & system performance
Influence engineering culture & best practices adoption

Key Skills:
Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh (Istio)
CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Kafka / Middleware technologies
Observability tools (Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace)
Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SDLC, GitOps

Ideal Candidate:
Strong engineering + architecture background
Experience in production support at scale
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
Ability to work in global & regulated environments
