This is a hybrid contract opportunity with 60 openings for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced, enterprise environments.

✨ Role Overview:
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions using Java, Kafka, SQL, and Microservices, ensuring seamless integration, real-time data streaming, and robust system performance in a hybrid work setting.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using Spring Boot, Core Java, and REST APIs.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and Oracle PL/SQL procedures for high-volume databases.
Implement Kafka-based messaging and streaming solutions for real-time data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and ensure best coding practices.
Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership in a hybrid work model.
Required Skills & Experience:
8–10 years of strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
Proficiency in Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Strong expertise in SQL, database design, and PL/SQL (Oracle preferred).
Hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful web services.
Domain knowledge in Banking, Cards & Payments, or Asset & Wealth Management (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience in large enterprise or financial domain projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or Cloud technologies.
