We’re hiring a Senior Java Developer to join the Online Brokerage team within Global Wealth Management Technology.

💡 What’s the Project?
A large-scale modernization initiative migrating legacy systems to modern tech stack:
• Java 8 → Java 21
• JSF v2 → v4
• RichFaces → PrimeFaces
• Spring v3 → latest frameworks

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Drive software migration in an Agile environment (Java & framework upgrades)
• Collaborate with QA teams on testing, defect resolution & quality assurance
• Work alongside developers to ensure parallel feature development + migration
• Partner with infra teams for deployment, configuration & environment stability
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues & ensure platform resiliency
• Participate in Agile ceremonies & contribute to continuous improvement
• Provide technical solutions to challenges during migration

✅ Must-Have Skills
• 10+ years Java Development (Java 8 → 21+, with Java 21 recent experience)
• Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot, JAX-WS, JAX-RS
• 5+ years with JUnit, Log4j
• Solid experience with REST/JSON, XML, SOAP services

⭐ Nice-to-Have
• CI/CD or Continuous Development experience
• Exposure to JSF, RichFaces, PrimeFaces
• MicroApp / Microservices experience
• Background in Wealth Management / Financial Services

🎓 Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
