We’re hiring a Senior Java Architect to lead the design and development of a modern, cloud-native eCommerce platform that supports millions of users and powers core capabilities like customer management, order processing, and online retail experiences.

🌎 Location:
Remote-first (Greater Toronto Area). In-office presence required 1 day/month.

💼 What You Bring:
10+ years of hands-on Java/JEE development experience.
5+ years with Spring Boot and microservices frameworks.
Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven design.
Retail and eCommerce background – you know the difference between cart abandonment and conversion optimization.
Proven leadership — mentoring developers and influencing decision-makers.
Familiarity with SQL & NoSQL databases, Git/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in application security, scalability, and performance tuning.
Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
