We are hiring a Senior Java Architect to help shape the future of its digital commerce platform. If you’ve designed solutions at scale in retail or online environments, we want to hear from you.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Architect and lead the development of scalable eCommerce platforms (customer, order management, and online retail).
Translate complex business requirements into high-performing, secure, and resilient technical solutions.
Guide engineering teams on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align technology with business strategy.
Conduct design reviews, mentor developers, and champion DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
Lead the integration of third-party tools and technologies.
Deliver innovative solutions through proof-of-concepts and prototyping.
✅ What You Bring:
10+ years of Java/JEE development experience.
5+ years using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
Retail/eCommerce domain knowledge—this is essential.
Proven success designing and scaling enterprise applications in high-traffic environments.
Leadership and mentorship experience with development teams.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable in Agile/Scrum teams and fast-paced environments.
