📍 Location: Remote-first (GTA-based, with 1 in-office day/month)

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Architect scalable, secure eCommerce solutions across customer, order, and online retail portfolios
Lead Java-based application design using Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native technologies
Translate complex business needs into modern technical solutions
Drive DevOps adoption and CI/CD best practices
Provide architectural governance, code reviews, and mentorship to developers
Integrate third-party tools and technologies where needed
Present strategy and architecture decisions to senior leadership
Deliver POCs and prototypes to support innovation
✅ What You Bring
10+ years of Java/JEE development experience (Spring Boot/MVC a must)
5+ years in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure with Docker/K8s)
Strong background in retail or eCommerce architecture
Experience with microservices and event-driven design
Strong SQL/NoSQL database knowledge
Expertise in Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and application security best practices
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
6+ years mentoring developers and leading teams
Agile/Scrum experience
