Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior IT Project Manager – Wealth & AI Enablement. This candidate will reimagine the AI framework to modernize the Wealth advisory ecosystem while working with the Wealth business to understand advisors’ daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI transformation projects within Wealth Management
Manage multiple workstreams, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Data, AI/ML, Architecture, and Delivery
Facilitate project planning, status meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting
Ensure alignment of workstreams as AI capabilities are delivered incrementally
Manage project scope, budget, issues, risks, and change requests
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams for successful delivery
Drive collaboration across teams to realize the long-term AI roadmap with incremental business value
Maintain governance processes, project documentation, and reporting
Desired Skill-Set

8+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an Agile environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive reporting
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, and Data
Skilled in managing complex dependencies, risks, and project timelines
Experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services preferred
Knowledge of AI, Data, and Transformation initiatives
Nice to Have

Experience working on automation or AI-driven solutions in financial services
Familiarity with Wealth Management advisory workflows
Prior involvement in change management or process redesign projects
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent
