We’re hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise software delivery and API integration initiatives supporting customer-facing digital platforms. This is a high-visibility role driving transformation, change management, and complex system integrations.
📍 Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite, Downtown Toronto
📆 Contract: 6 months with strong likelihood of extension
🔑 What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of application and API integration projects
Drive change management and transformation initiatives
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
Own delivery governance: roadmaps, schedules, risks, and dependencies
Provide clear executive-level communication and reporting
🎯 What We’re Looking For
10+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong background in software delivery and API-driven integrations
Experience delivering customer loyalty, rewards, CRM, or digital platform initiatives
Proven change management and enterprise transformation experience
Agile / hybrid delivery expertise in complex environments
