Hiring: Senior IT Project Coordinator – Integration
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📅 12-Month Contract (Extension Possible)
⏳ Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Coordinator with strong integration project experience to support large-scale technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
🔑 Biggest Key: Proven experience leading or coordinating complex system integrations — ideally within M&A/post-merger environments (but not mandatory).

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of IT project coordination or project management experience
• Strong experience with system integrations & large-scale initiatives
• Background in digital and/or e-commerce environments
• Solid understanding of SDLC & enterprise delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or MS Project
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• M&A integration exposure
