We’re supporting a major initiative powering one of the most critical reporting platforms in the business banking ecosystem — and we’re looking for a seasoned IT Business/Data Analyst who thrives in large-scale data environments.
⭐ What You’ll Work On
Join a high-impact program supporting a flagship internal analytics platform used by bankers and senior executives. You will:
• Build & analyze complex SQL queries against large data sets
• Map, transform, and validate critical financial data (P&L, revenue, capital, LCR)
• Partner with data engineers, architects & SMEs across the enterprise
• Drive ETL improvements, automation opportunities, and modern data practices
• Support BI reporting (Power BI/Tableau) and analytics workflows
• Perform testing, validation, and production readiness reviews
⭐ Who You Are
✔ 10+ years as a Business Analyst / BSA
✔ 7+ years writing advanced SQL & working with large-scale data
✔ Strong financial acumen — P&L, revenue reporting, accounting fundamentals
✔ Problem-solver who proactively dives into data, patterns, and issues
✔ Comfortable working with relational databases and BI tools
⭐ Nice to Have
• Power BI experience
• Agile environment exposure
• Background in a major Canadian bank
• Automated testing experience
• Spanish fluency
