Senior IT Business Analyst

Hiring: Senior IT Business Analyst | 6+ Month Contract | Remote (Toronto-based)

We’re partnering with a leading global organization to find a Senior IT Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract (high potential for extension).
Most of the work is remote, with occasional onsite collaboration in downtown Toronto.

📍 Note: This opportunity is open only to candidates currently residing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with valid Canadian work authorization.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Lead business analysis for multiple IT application projects (e.g., upgrades, automation).
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements.
Support delivery of large-scale global initiatives across various business functions.
Participate in vendor evaluations, testing, and change management.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
7+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
Strong communication skills—able to engage stakeholders up to VP level.
Experience with application projects and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and process modeling tools.
Agile and Waterfall experience.

🔹 Nice to Have:
Exposure to process automation, AI, and workflow tools.
Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, D365).
Supply chain domain knowledge.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
