We are Hiring: Senior IT Business Analyst – Contract (Hybrid, Toronto) 🔳

🔘 Stafingo Inc is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support a major Contact Centre transformation. This is a 1-year hybrid contract (2 days on-site per week, Toronto) with competitive pay.

◼️ Responsibilities:
◾ Lead requirements gathering, business process reviews, and documentation.
◾ Support migration from a legacy Contact Centre platform to a modern CCaaS solution.
◾ Conduct testing, manage issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
◾ Develop technical documentation, job aids, and training materials.

◼️ What We are Looking For:
◾ 5+ years in Contact Centre operations and solution migrations.
◾ Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Verint WFM/QM preferred.
◾ Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and testing.
◾ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
