Senior Grid Engineer

💼Role: Senior Grid Engineer
📍Location: Toronto, Ontario
💼Job Type: Contract

Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment, where stability and reliability is critical
· 5+ years Experience with large scale Grid computing environments 100,000+ cores (DataSyanpse|Tibco GridServer / IBM Platform Symphony or similar)
· Experience developing and supporting grid applications, using Grid APIs, Java/C#/C++
· Experience with Azure and/or AWS and coding in Python and Powershell
Technical Skills:
· Strong expertise in Tibco GridServer 7.X on Windows Server
· Log Analytics (Elasticsearch/SQL/Kibana/Grafana)
· Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure
· Advanced Scripting skill using Python and Powershell for automation
· Developer knowledge of Java/C#/C++ with experience in client driver API integration
· Windows Server 2019/2022
· Enterprise monitoring tools, Geneos
Soft Skills:
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nive to have:
· Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
· Jenkins
· Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for distributed systems
