• React (8+ years of hands-on UI work)
• Backend with Java/Spring Boot (5+ yrs)
• DB & SQL (5+ yrs)
• Secure multi-system Auth implementation
• Experience in Agile teams

Nice-to-Haves:
• GCP or Azure cloud platform experience
