Senior Full-Stack Developer – Toronto (Hybrid)

What you’ll do:
Lead technical decisions and ship production-ready systems.
Work on a modern stack: Python backend (microservices, AWS Lambda/EKS) + React + TypeScript frontend.
Manage Postgres databases, Terraform infrastructure, and observability with Grafana.
Influence architecture, mentor peers, and deliver visible impact.
Who you are:
5–7+ years professional experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS startups or product-led companies.
Proven 0→1 delivery experience: building features/products from scratch.
Comfortable in Toronto office 3 days/week.
Systems thinker with ownership mindset, autonomy, and low ego.
Perks & Compensation:
Salary: $160k–$170k CAD + 0.5% equity vesting over 4 years
