We’re Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Toronto – Hybrid)
Looking to make a real impact? Join us at the cutting edge of tech! Our client is on the hunt for a passionate Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build a modern workflow and data analytics platform for the residential real estate sector.
This is an exciting opportunity at an early-stage startup where you’ll have full ownership of systems end-to-end, from architecture to deployment. You’ll be directly working with the CTO and shaping core technical decisions in a high-autonomy environment.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full development lifecycle – from architecture to production.
Design and build innovative solutions.
Influence key technical decisions that drive the product.
Provide passive mentorship to junior engineers.
Be a key player in shaping a fast-growing startup.
What We’re Looking For:
5-7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Startup or early-stage experience (zero-to-one delivery is a huge plus!).
Expertise in Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), React, TypeScript, and Postgres.
Strong systems thinking – caching, async behavior, race conditions, etc.
A passion for shipping code to production with a high degree of autonomy.
Hybrid role – 3 days/week in the office in Toronto (non-negotiable).
