Senior Full-Stack Developer – Toronto (Hybrid, 3 days/week)
💰 Salary: $160,000–$170,000 CAD + 1% equity (vested over 4 years)

Are you a builder, not a maintainer? We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join an early-stage, engineering-led startup transforming residential real estate workflows. You’ll be one of the first 5 engineers beyond the founding team, reporting directly to the CTO, and owning systems end-to-end – from architecture to deployment.
What You’ll Do:
Influence and build core technical systems, not just implement tickets.
Own production systems: monitoring, debugging, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior engineers in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup culture where speed and results matter.
What You Bring:
5–7+ years professional experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS startups, fintech, proptech, or marketplaces.
Proven track record of “zero-to-one” product delivery.
Strong Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Docker, React + TypeScript, Postgres, and Terraform skills.
Systems thinking: caching, async behaviour, race conditions, performance tuning.
Comfortable working in-office 3 days/week (non-negotiable).
