📍 Location: Remote (onsite meetings in Edmonton as needed; 08:15–16:30 Alberta time, Mon–Fri).
📅 Term: Oct 1, 2025 – Mar 31, 2026 (+12mo extension).

💼 Job Description:
Lead M365 & Cloud projects, including:
🛠️ Architecture: Define technical architecture & support software dev processes.
📊 Requirements: Gather needs from diverse stakeholders.
🔄 Process Improvement: Enhance IT processes & documentation.
🤝 Governance: Guide integration & provide architectural oversight.
🚀 Troubleshooting: Triage & resolve technical issues.

✅ Must-Haves:
Education/Exp: Degree in CS/IT/ENG/MIS + 6yrs, or 2yr diploma + 8yrs, or 1yr cert + 9yrs, or 10yrs exp.
Cloud Dev: 3+ yrs on cloud platforms.
Architecture: 5+ yrs defining technical environments.
Stakeholders: 5+ yrs gathering multi-dept requirements.
Domains: 3+ yrs in business, app, tech, data, security, privacy.
Process: 5+ yrs improving processes & documentation.
Troubleshooting: 3+ yrs resolving technical issues.
Communication: 5+ yrs drafting strategic docs.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:
1+ yr with M365 & Power Platforms in cloud/on-prem.
5+ yrs designing enterprise IT solutions.
5+ yrs supporting remote/field workers.
3+ yrs developing IT services (definitions, costs).
3+ yrs in complex IT solution design & implementation.
