This includes making the discovery of investing options intuitive in digital, simplifying the process to purchase products and move money, and digitally-enabling advice across channels. This transformation will empower our clients and advisors with data-driven insights and personalization to empower our clients wherever they are on their investing journey. As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will lead a delivery squad to focus on bringing a new digital solution to market for our clients and advisors. You will partner closely with stakeholders to design an end-to-end client journey, establish a priorities delivery roadmap, and lead the execution and optimization of this experience.
What will you do?
Manage the product life cycle of a portfolio of digital products for Personal Banking Investment, through ideation, design, MVP release and on-going optimization of the end-to-end client experience
Define and communicate a clear product vision that will meet priority business and client needs
Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, designs, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
Partner closely with digital design, developers, QE, line-of-business and others to achieve the product vision through agile delivery and iterative learning
Support and assist impactful go-to-market plans, ensuring that team members, stakeholders, and executives have what they need to launch new capabilities and drive client adoption
Analyze client research and data to understand product performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing the requirements and inputs of multiple stakeholders
Work closely with the technical development manager to lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology Support the development of architectural and design principles and standards to improve performance, capacity,
What do you need to succeed? Must have:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or Sciences with 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
Depth of experiences in managing or owning a Digital or Financial product
Demonstrated success in delivering digital capability with agile teams
Strong collaboration skills & stakeholder management
Fluent in data, analytics and client-centric design
Understanding and fluent across a broad spectrum of technologies including mobile technologies, AI, security and payments
Nice-to-have:
Experience in Financial Services & Retail Investment Platforms
Agile Product Management certifications
Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data or related fields
