💰 Pay Range: $72–$83/hour

What You’ll Do
Translate product strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Analyze and optimize business processes and digital workflows
Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering in an Agile environment
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery
What You Bring
10+ years as a Business Analyst (digital or IT)
5+ years working in Agile delivery teams
Strong experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, Jira & Confluence
Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is a strong asset
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
Experience with client-facing digital platforms
Knowledge of Wealth Management concepts (investments, planning, trade lifecycle)
Exposure to large enterprise or regulated environments
