Hiring: Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer (Amazon Connect Expert) | Toronto, ON (Onsite) 🚀

Are you a Senior Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in building cloud-based contact centers? We are looking for a heavy-hitter to join a high-impact, 11-month contract in Toronto!

This is a premier opportunity to design, build, and secure cloud environments that power essential digital products.
💰 Rate: $85 – $95 / hr
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
⏳ Duration: 11-Month Contract

What You’ll Do:
Cloud Architecture & Automation: Design, build, and support complex AWS cloud environments, leveraging infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, IAM roles).
Contact Center Innovation: Drive the design, development, and implementation of an Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution (including Call/Queue Flows, Contact Lens, and Amazon AI agents).
CI/CD & DevOps: Build and maintain automated deployment packages and CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar tools.
Security & Integrity: Implement rigorous cloud security models (identity, network, encryption) to protect data integrity.

What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of software development and technical delivery experience.
5+ years of dedicated AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
5+ years implementing complex Contact Center/IVR solutions (specifically Amazon Connect).
Strong scripting chops (Python, Bash, Node, Java, etc.) and containerization (Docker).

Nice to Have: Prior Public Sector / Ontario Public Service (OPS) experience.
