Your New Company
Our client is seeking a Senior Developer and Team Lead to oversee and drive its technology initiatives. This role supports strategic planning, development, and implementation of digital solutions across the OGC portfolio.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Developer and Team Lead will manage a small technical team and lead the development and maintenance of websites, databases, case management systems, and digital assets. The role involves hands-on coding, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Technologies include MERN stack, Symfony, Drupal, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Apache Solr, and more.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
MUST HAVE
– 5+ years of progressive experience in IT and web production environments.
– 3+ years of hands-on expertise with NodeJS, React, MERN stack, and MongoDB.
– Experience with DevOps pipelines and Agile project management.
– Strong knowledge of database design and programming languages including JavaScript, PHP, Symfony, YAML, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
– Experience with Drupal, Twig, CSS/SASS, Git/Gitlab, RESTful APIs, and Apache Solr.
– Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Jira Service Desk.
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
– PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
– Experience with multimedia production, SEO, and digital analytics.
– Knowledge of AODA accessibility guidelines and mobile-friendly design.
