Job Title: Senior DBA
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Contract

Note: Need 5+ candidate with valid Canadian visa.

Job Description:

Must Have:
5+ years of experience as a Data Base Administrator with strong focus on Microsoft SQL/ Azure and Oracle databases.
Expertise in performance tuning & monitoring of the databases
Conversant with logical and physical database designs with changes
Knowledge of backup, restore best practices.
Understanding of data governance, data security principles, and best practices
Ability to design and implement efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration.

Nice to Have:
Experience working in Microsoft environment and java, spring boot platform.
Experience in working with the configuration manager to determine change control and impact analysis for the databases.
Good knowledge of SQL with expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
