Are you passionate about driving innovation in digital advertising through data science? Join our team at the forefront of retail media advertising technology, where you’ll lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models for campaign measurement and audience prediction.

🔍 What You’ll Do
• Build ML models to measure the incremental impact of ad campaigns
• Develop classification & regression models using Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciKitLearn)
• Implement advanced media mix and multi-touch attribution models
• Design frameworks using synthetic controls and lift measurement techniques
• Collaborate on MLOps integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate insights from complex data analysis to diverse stakeholders

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in data science (retail, digital media, marketing, or advertising)
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Experience with Google Cloud tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, GitHub Actions)
• Bonus: TensorFlow/PyTorch, Cloud certifications
