Ontario Health is seeking a Senior Data Integrity Analyst to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of data in the Provincial Client Registry (PCR) and Provincial Provider Registry (PPR) — key components of Ontario’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) infrastructure. Magda Tzortzis

In this role, you will:
✅ Review and remediate ADT and provider data across hospitals and healthcare organizations
✅ Support identity and record management for healthcare providers and patients
✅ Train and mentor health records staff on PCR/PPR tools and processes
✅ Analyze and resolve duplicate or mislinked patient records and provider data
✅ Work closely with hospital departments and regulatory colleges to uphold data integrity
✅ Serve as a trusted point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned data sources
✅ Recommend and support process improvements to enhance data quality and compliance

🎓 What you bring:
✔ Diploma or degree in Health Information Management
✔ 3–5 years of experience in healthcare environments (preferably hospital-based)
✔ Strong understanding of PHI, privacy regulations (Ontario/Canada), and patient safety
✔ CHIMA designation (asset)
✔ Hands-on experience with record linking/unlinking, data quality tools, and health systems
