What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead the design and development of large-scale data architectures and transformation solutions
🔹 Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices across teams
🔹 Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams
🔹 Drive improvements in data quality, performance, and security
🔹 Influence engineering strategy and contribute to long-term data platform evolution

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5–7 years of experience in data engineering
✅ Expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, ADF, and cloud platforms
✅ Strong understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and security
✅ Experience with healthcare data governance and legislation (e.g., PHIPA) is a plus
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
