Senior Data Analyst – eGRC & Data Governance
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary Range: $42 – $50/hr (T4, inclusive of vacation pay) or 53-62/hr (INC)
Contract: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Are you an experienced Data Analyst or GRC professional ready to make an impact on enterprise risk management? We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Data Analyst to help lead eGRC program delivery, strengthen data governance, and support regulatory compliance across business functions.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement data governance structures, taxonomies, and models for risk programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with regulations.
Support enterprise reporting and analytics for timely, transparent insights.
Drive process improvements, automation, and quality control across eGRC workflows.
Participate in technical working groups and provide oversight on program execution.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in data governance, risk management, or GRC programs, ideally in banking/finance.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
Experience with enterprise change management and large transformation initiatives.
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
