Senior Data Analyst

Procom is currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION
LOCATION: ONSITE WITH POSSIBLE HYBRID (THE CLIENT IS IN THE OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: RELIABILITY (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Mandatory Skills

🔎 Must hold a bachelor’s degree within Computer Science from a Canadian University or equivalent (Such as WES)
🔎 Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the past 8 years; working on at least 2 public sector projects (must be at least 1 large enterprise) in the past 3 years; for at least 6 months duration; completing the following essential tasks:
📎 Recommended, designed, developed, and supported data management key performance indicators, metrics, and maturity models and assessments for data governance sustainability.
📎Knowledge of visualization tools for continuous monitoring and reporting, such as Power BI.
📎Recommended data management solutions, develop prototypes, and sample data reports.
📎Engagement and collaboration with stakeholders and clients to understand needs and identify stewardship gaps and successfully implement into program evaluation requirements.
📎Leveraging of Data Management Association – Data Management Body of 📎Knowledge (DAMA-DMBOK) and other leading industry frameworks.
📎Knowledge of Data Cataloguing for data access and discovery for integrating services across organizations.
