Senior Cloud Support Specialist

We’re Hiring: Senior Cloud Support Specialist – Waterloo, ON (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Support Specialist for a 9-month contract with strong potential for extension. This role supports a leading cloud-based financial platform.
📍 Location: Waterloo, ON
🕘 Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
⏳ Start Date: ASAP

Must-Haves:
✔️ 5+ years in Technical Support / Cloud Support
✔️ Strong experience supporting financial services or payment processing
✔️ Deep understanding of AP/AR, payment workflows, reconciliation
✔️ Experience with domestic & international payments and compliance
✔️ Knowledge of SWIFT iso15022/20022 formats
✔️ Hands-on exposure to TMS, ERP systems, payment gateways
✔️ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
