Senior Cloud Engineer

Our Canadian banking client is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is hybrid, twice per week onsite in downtown Toronto, which may increase down the road.

They are looking for someone with experience in Policy-as-Code (PaC), Cloud security frameworks, and Terraform.

$125-135k base salary + bonus & benefits.

Must haves:
– 8+ years of hands-on Terraform experience (building Terraform modules from scratch)
– Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks: NIST, CIS Benchmarks, PCI, etc.
– GCP and/or Azure experience preferred
– Strong DevOps CI/CD pipeline experience
– Strong communication / stakeholder skills

Nice to haves:
– Experience implementing Policy as Code
– Open Policy Agent (OPA) / Rego experience
