Senior Business Systems Analyst – Digital Banking (API Focus)
We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support high-impact digital banking initiatives focused on API-driven mobile and web applications. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What you’ll do
Lead requirements and solution design sessions for API-based initiatives
Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and technical documentation
Own and manage product backlogs using Jira & Confluence
Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams end-to-end
What you bring
6+ years of Business Systems / Business Analysis experience (banking or financial services preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with API services and Postman
Solid Agile delivery experience
Expertise using Jira & Confluence
Nice to have
Small business banking domain experience
Experience leading initiatives end-to-end

📍 Location: Toronto / GTA (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)
⏳ Contract: March 2026 – July 2026 (extension possible)
💰 Rate: Up to $57-66/hour (INC)
🕒 Full-time, standard business hours
