Skills and Responsibilities:

Experience working on Risk Data projects (Agile methodologies), sourcing. standardization, and aggregation of risk in one of the functional risk areas such as Counterparty Credit RiskUnderstanding of financial Instruments including several types of Fixed Income and Equity Instruments and their valuation; Exposure to Banking Loan Book and other productsSkills acquired in a market and/or counterparty risk management environment are transferable10+ years previous work experience as a Business or Data Analyst, or in a technical functional Role-Documentation skills- ability to succinctly articulate requirements, summarize data analysis and present to business users and development teamUse of Python, Anaconda, Pandas, Jupyter and support of Developers working with a technology stack including Linux, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and other big data technologies Strong data analysis skills are required including analyzing large data sets in using SQL queries and other modelling toolsProducing and using Data Catalogues, understanding data models and business process modelingExperience building enterprise scale applications involving large data volumes and computationsBachelor’s degree in Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplineNice to HaveGood understanding of Climate Risk Initiatives, Environmental, Social and Governance investment policies & framework for financial institutionsProfessional risk/finance certifications (e.g. FRM, PRM, CFA)
